The EUPA industry workforce development plan summarises environmental scans for each of the industry sectors EUPA represents. It provides strategies to encourage and support industry to access skilled labour – creating a sustainable workforce.

The 2011 plan is provided in draft and will be finalised at the next Board of Management meeting (February 2012).  At that time, priorities for identified strategies will be confirmed.  Please feel free to contact EUPA or your respective Board Member to have your say.
